Returns/Refund & Exchange Policy



Returns will not be accepted. Items will be double checked and erroneous or defective items will not be delivered. *Disputes can only be opened up to 5 natural days after customer received order.


Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 4 hours as your order might have already been processed.  Pay attention before placing the order. A cancellation by mistake, could have associated small commissions that must be discounted according to the payment method used.


Some items may out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update.


  • We proceed a full refund only if we send an item as it was not described, wrong size/color or model.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund will be credited in 15-20 days, depends on bank.


  • If you change your mind, you can exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.  If 14 days have already been passed, we are not able to offer any exchange.
  • Since you make an order and accept responsibility , please make sure you choose correct size, model and type.  We do ship items for free, but in case of exchange we charge fees.
  • Exchange is only possible when we will receive the package.
  • Exchange products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  • No exchanges/refunds/returns are possible for bespoke shoes & customized products.
  • Exchange products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging.
  • We exchange only the model you ordered (if available) , if size is smaller or bigger. We can not change it to another model.
  • Sometimes it happens, that we are not able to exchange your item, in this case we offer you a good discounts/gifts for your next purchases.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. For some countries we charge extra fees for shipping an exchanged product.
  • If your exchange do not comply with our Exchange Policy, it will not be possible to accept it and we will send the items back to you with no credit.  Please note customer has to bear all custom & Shipping expenses.
  • Depending on where you live, it may take some time (up to 15-25 days) for your exchanged product, to reach you.  Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
